This Poon Choi sounds absolutely incredible! That crispy puff pastry idea is genius – dipping it in either the French Lobster Soup or the Tom Yum version must be heavenly. With all those fresh seafood ingredients, it’s practically a treasure hunt in a bowl. Makes me think I need to schedule a trip to Hong Kong soon... or maybe just find a game like Snow Rider 3D to virtually escape there for a while! That way I can dream of eating some.
