ในการออกทริปนี้ http://www.globebusters.com/expeditions/epic/discover-our-earth10“Discover our Earth” was an idea conceived by Werner Wachter to celebrate 30 years of Edelweiss Bike Travel. Werner chose to work in collaboration with GlobeBusters, world leaders in operating long distance trans-continental motorcycle journeys to provide the logistical and planning expertise needed for such a massive undertaking. 2010 was the first time that motorcyclists were offered the unique chance to “Discover our Earth” by true circumnavigation of the world by motorcycle in one continuous journey and riding on all six continents.
The first “Discover our Earth” set off from Austria in November 2010 and attracted over thirty participants from countries as far afield as Brazil, Canada, Switzerland, Germany, Italy, USA and UK. What an amazing response to such an extraordinary project! “Discover our Earth” sparked so much interest from riders that Edelweiss and GlobeBusters are already planning the next one.
The second Discover our Earth will be even bigger, better and bolder! It lasts over ten months, includes even more countries and covers more miles! It is an opportunity to take part in something so challenging and so unique, it may take a little bit of courage and a lot of faith to grab it with both hands. But this is an opportunity to step out of your normal lifestyle and put yourself at the forefront of adventure. An opportunity to achieve something that many others will talk about, but never actually do.
When you read about the Second “Discover our Earth”, you will recognise the opportunity that every motorcyclist dreams of. . . .
