วิธีการซื้อบัตรลุ้นโชครางวัลและเงื่อนไขสำหรับผู้ได้รับรางวัล
1.บัตรลุ้นโชครางวัลแบ่งเป็น 3 ส่วน เพื่อเป็นหลักฐานในความถูกต้อง ดังนี้
ส่วนที่1 (สีขาว) ต้นฉบับ ผู้แจกรางวัลเก็บไว้เป็นหลักฐาน
ส่วนที่2 (สีเหลือง) ใส่กล่องชิงโชค สำหรับจับรางวัลหาผู้โชคดี (เฉพาะส่วนที่2เท่านั้น ส่วนที่ 1และ 3 ไม่มีสิทธิ์ในการลุ้นรางวัล)
ส่วนที่3 (สีชมพู) ผู้ลุ้นรางวัล ผู้ลุ้นรางวัลเก็บไว้เป็นหลักฐานในการรับรางวัล (ส่วนที่3 จะส่งกลับไปยังผู้ชื้อคูปองทางEMS )
2.ราคาบัตรลุ้นโชครางวัล
บัตร 1 ใบ ราคา 300 บาท +ค่าส่ง EMS 30 บาท
บัตร1เล่ม(50ใบ) ราคา 14000 บาท +ค่าส่ง EMS 30 บาท
@@ ราคาโปรโมชั่น (ราคาบัตร 1 เล่ม (50ใบ) รวมกันชื้อมาให้ครบ 50.ใบก็ได้ โดยทางผู้แจกรางวัลจะเขียนรายชี่อแยกตามจำนวนที่ผู้ลุ้นรางวัล แจ้งมาจนครบตามจำนวน)
(บัตรลุ้นรางวัลมีจำนวนจำกัด) รายได้จากการขายบัตรทั้งหมดหลังหักค่าใช้จ่าย แล้วผู้จัดจะนำไปซื้อเครื่องปั๊มออกซิเจนบริจาคให้กับสถานีอนามัยที่ขาดแคลน
3.วิธีการซื้อบัตรลุ้นโชครางวัล
จำนวนบัตรที่ต้องการซื้อทั้งแบบย่อยหรือแบบเล่ม +ค่าส่งEMS 30 บาท แล้วโอนเงินให้มีเศษบาทและเศษสตางค์มายังหมายเลขบัญชี

4.การแจ้งการโอนเงิน
ให้ท่านแจ้งจำนวนบัตรที่ต้องการซื้อ จำนวนเงินที่โอนทั้งหมด และชื่อ-ที่อยู่ พร้อมเบอร์โทรศัพท์ของท่าน
แล้วให้ส่งอีเมลมาที่ bankmotorshop@Gmail.com เมื่อทางผู้แจกรางวัลได้รับอีเมลแล้วตรวจสอบเงินโอนถูกต้องแล้ว เราจะเขียนชื่อที่อยู่ เบอร์โทรของท่านลงในบัตรชิงรางวัลตามจำนวนที่ท่านสั่งซื้อทั้งสามส่วนของบัตร
ส่วนที่ 1 ทางผู้แจกรางวัลจะเก็บไว้เพื่อเป็นหลักฐาน
ส่วนที่2 ผู้แจกรางวัลจะนำไปใส่ตู้พลาสติกโปร่งใสที่ล็อกกุญแจไว้เพื่อไว้จับรางวัลหาผู้โชคดี
ในวันที่ 21 มกราคม 2555 ในงานอีสาน อุดรไบด์วีค ณ.สถานที่จัดงาน
ส่วนที่ 3 ส่วนนี้จะส่งกลับไปยังผู้ซื้อบัตรลุ้นโชครางวัล เพื่อเก็บไว้เป็นหลักฐานในการรับรางวัล
หมายเหตุ บัตรทั้ง 3 ส่วน จะต้องมีหมายเลขที่บัตร เล่มที่ ชื่อ ที่อยู่ เบอร์โทร ตรงตามหลักฐาน
เงื่อนไขในการรับรางวัล ผู้โชคดีที่ได้รับรางวัลต้องเสียค่าชำระภาษีนำเข้า 25,000 บาท และค่าภาษีสรรพสามิต 35,000 บาท
