Can anyone recommend a good place to get my bike tuned on a dyno (2009 EFI night train)? I'm getting a 103" big bore with new heads and want it set up properly.
Cheers

You may go to Dirt Shop, they have a professional DynoJet. However, they are specialize in Power Commander.
This is the website -> http://www.dirtshopthailand.com/

Do you know if they are any good with the SE super tuner pro?

Sorry, you live in Thailand or not, because it is in Thailand is not very much expert. You can find it easily.

Sorry but I only speak a little Thai, plus I am in Egypt working just now and have limited access to phones. When I get home at the end of the month, I can visit the shop with my GF or get her to call and speak to them. Thanks for the contact details.

Will be very pleased if you speak Thai in the future are pleased to Khe information to you. Because I have no knowledge of your problem. To give you a call to talk to the shop manual. Perhaps they may communicate with you and understand time.

U may check at Powerstation. I think that someone might give you an properly answer. Actully I can give you a tune file but I heard that Next month Powerstation will have thier own Dyno. Do not do anything to damage your engine. PLs contact pro mech at Powerstation.
Sert is very easy to setup but you need professional technical who certified to do so.
Who have make modifies for you? I believe he had set the basic Calibration file into your EFI.
BTW, If you can use SERT , U may set by your own but definitely on your own risk.
First you have to tell SERT What AFR ratio baseline you r looking at like 14.5 for Gasohol or 13.2 for real power. 14.5 engine runs hot 13.2 engine runs cooler.
2. if you still use O2 sensor narrow band from factory, Do not expect richer than 14.0 AFR ratio which good for crusing only Not performance.
3. you have to change engine replacement but I am sure your mechanic have it done.
4. Use AFR meter To set up new MAP table. then U got ur new map table base on what AFR u used.
5. USE sert record functions to record ur bike behavior while running on the road.
6. use many varieble speed and twist your thorttle from 0% to 100% in each gear .
This's only half way and wasting a lot of time but fun. If you r interesting in selftune I can give you some more advice. But if not pls contact which I have recommend as above.

If Powerstation are getting a dyno next month, that is perfect as they know the bike anyway since I bought it from them. I am still waiting for the cylinders and heads to be diamond cut, so they wont arrive until later in August anyway.
Ref O2 sensors, I thought if you setup your SEST to be closed loop, it would ignore the sensors and you could set any AFR...is that incorrect? One thing I dont like about they way the bike runs is that it is so hot, so I want it setup richer than it currently is.
Thanks for the tips

I have tried to set open loop b4 but it seem not to work out.
My Vrod has changed destroyer fuel Injector 6.7 Gram per sec, Stage 2 cam and TB 58 mm.
I tune up sert myself for 15 runs. frustrated
I tried to set my map to open loop by get 14.6 out of Table and used AFR 13.2 Baseline set up.
The Error code kept coming up with too rich message.
So I did set O2 MV to 798 Mv. It was still problem till I got it down to 14.2 baseline. No problem at all but It's still too lean for me.
So there is 2 solution if you r looking for more performance than just cruising is
1. Wide band O2 sensor replace
2. O2 eliminator
I would recommend to tweak O2 sensor. It is much cheaper heheheh ;D
The best choice is O2 sensor wide band cure all the problem.
It has more accurate and range to 10 Volt. You can set any AFR from 12.5 to14.6.
Your bike will run cooler and more progressive.
